    Christmas in the ValleY – Community Holiday/ Toy Giveaway

    Community Holiday/Toy Drive Parks Chapel will hold a Community Holiday/Toy Drive Saturday, December 16th from 10:00am to 1:00pm. We will bless community children/families with toys, groceries, and other goods. Donations still being accepted: monetary, toys, hats, beanies, gloves, mittens, and socks. Volunteers are needed. Please see Sisters Dee Deterville, Tracy Muldrow, Martina Berry, Rebecca Anderson. Thank you.

    Why Attend This African Methodist Episcopalian Church Service Attending the 10:30 AM Parks Chapel AME Church service is ideal for SanFernando Valley worshipers who want a full African Methodist Episcopalian Church service.  If you cannot attend then you can follow our Live Stream of the service: JOIN OUR LIVE STREAM OF SUNDAY'S 10:30AM PT SERVICE   You don't have to travel to Los Angeles to worship in the African Methodist Episcopal (AME) tradition.  Parks Chapel AME church is the oldest predominantly Black Church in the San Fernando Valley.  Therefore, if you live in San Fernando, Pacoima, Van Nuys, Reseda, Tarzana, Woodland Hills, Canoga Park, Sherman Oaks, Encino, Studio City or other Southern California neighborhoods join our African Methodist Episcopal (AME) services.  We welcome all races, ethnicities, religions, and genders to our AME Church services.     Christmas in the Valley Concert

    Save The Date!  The Music Ministry is excited to announce our Annual Christmas In The Valley Choir Concert will be held on Sunday, December 17th at 3pm.  We are asking those who can, to wear something with any shade of green in it.  We are looking forward to having a Hallelujah Great Time.  Please feel free to reach out to Sis. Shelley Deering if you have any questions.   WMS Chili Bake Off The WMS is having our annual Chili bake off on Sunday, December 17, after service before our Christmas concert.  So please come downstairs for a delicious bowl.  You may also participate by signing up to bring your favorite chili dish, and to let us know how many bowls you would like to order.  The price is on the sign-up sheet in the foyer.
