Black History Concert

Choir Concert Parks Chapel Black History Music Ministry Presents "He Restores My Song!" Our very own, Parks Chapel A.M.E. Music Ministry will be having a Black History Concert on February 23, 2025 from 3pm-4:30pm. Please wear your African attire and let’s look back over our journey through song, dance, spoken word, etc. If you would like to be a part of this awesome worship experience, please reach out to Sis. Logan Johnson, Sis. Shelley Deering or Bro. Mark Smith no later than Sunday, February 9, 2025. We look forward to seeing you! An afternoon of live music, spoken word, art, dance, and liturgical arts. Also make it a full day of celebration Church Anniversary February 23, 2025 will be Parks Chapel 76th Church Anniversary! Please join us for a powerful worship service and celebration! Parks Chapel Sunday will include a word from guest preacher Rev. Darryl Walker, delicious soul food lunch following worship an amazing Black History Concert celebrating our rich heritage concert celebrating the African American legacy, hosted by Parks Chapel Choir. We are also looking for volunteers of all ages to read portions of Parks Chapel History during worship service.
